It's a beautiful temple with great views from the top of the hill. We were there just after New Year so there was a lot of activity with families coming for blessings, with gifts for the monks, coming to pray and so on. It is clearly a living temple and not just a tourist site. The little Hmong girls in traditional dress waiting on the steps as you go up will pose for photos for a fee!
