| What color you like on me? |
It's a beautiful temple with great views from the top of the hill. We were there just after New Year so there was a lot of activity with families coming for blessings, with gifts for the monks, coming to pray and so on. It is clearly a living temple and not just a tourist site. The little Hmong girls in traditional dress waiting on the steps as you go up will pose for photos for a fee! The Mums are hiding behind the wall to keep them safe, keep their make up touched up etc. My only disappointment was the town that has grown up at the bottom of the steps, shops filled with tourist tat.
